Dobrý den,housličky dostala vnučka jako dárek k Vánocům.Dnes se jí pretrhla zelená struna.Kde koupíme jinou?

Dobrý den, housle jsem zakoupila jako dárek pro dceru. Nicnémě jsem velice nespokojená. Smyčec při hře na struny nevydával žádný zvuk, dvě struny se hned první den roztrhly. Chtěla bych zjistit kde se dají zakoupit náhradní díly event. budu muset zboží reklamovat. Děkuji.
