Doporučená denní dávka je 1 tableta, samozřejmě je dobré ji nepřekračovat. 1 tableta obsahuje: Vápník 500 mg, Vitamin K 75 µg, Vitamin D 25 µg (1000 I.U.).

Dobrý den, nikde nevidím obsah jednotlivých složek. Kolik tam je v jedné tabletě vápníku, vitamínu D3 a vitamínu K2? Bez takovéto je to nesmysl kupovat.
