Zakoupil jsem tento notebook HP Victus 15-fa1952nc s FreeDos, nikde v popisu jsem nenalezl nic o tom, že by tento notebook nepodporoval starší operační systémy. V letáčku uvnitř krabice jsem nalezl oznámení, že není podporován windows 7 a windows 8, což kvituji. Koupil jsem licenci windows 10 pro s tím, že ještě rok bude MS podporovaný. Po nainstalování a projetí všech automatických updatů stále nefungovala zvuková karta a touchpad. (Z těch věcí co jsem testoval.) Šel jsem na stránky výrobce dohledat ovladače, které si windows nenašel a bodejď by si je našel, když na stránkách výrobce jsem se dozvěděl, že jsou drivery vydané pouze pro win11. Zvukovou kartu se mi podařilo oživit skrze driver pro win11 a touchpad se stále nedaří.
Existuje nějaké jiné řešení než koupit další licenci na win11 a notebook opět přeinstalovat?

Tak jsem nakonec provedl z těch win10 zdarma upgrade na win11, kde vše bez problémů windows update zvládl a vše funguje jak má. Problém je tedy zkrátka pouze v tom, že není informace i špatné podpoře win10 a starších nikde v položce v eshopu zmínka. Obdarovaná osoba si holt bude muset zvyknout.

Je udělat na tomto notebooku upgrade z 1 ssd na 2 ssd, v parametrech není psáno kolik ma slotů.
