Prosim o radu - pomoc, neviem cim to je, ale po nejakej dobe pouzivania (1-3 mes), sa neviem dostat k svojim ulozenym videam cez panel vERIA , ktore zaznamenava na kartu. Po vymaze karty (formatovani) ide vsetko zase OK. Potom sa to zacne opakovat. Mate niekde nahlaseny tento typ problemu , alebo viete o nom?? Stalo sa mi to uz 3x a urcite to nieje nahoda. Tzn, 3x som kartu najprv ulozil do PC a potom sformatoval. Nastastie tam videa ostali, len sa knim z panela neviem dostat a je to dost otrava zakazdym kopirovat . Na karte bolo vzdy dost volneho miesta 80%-90% . Ak je napr. firmware a pomohol by, tj.riesi tento problem , alebo je to na reklamaciu zariadenia. Dakujem.
