Dobrý den,
po 14 denním používání přestalo hrát levé sluchátko a ani dioda není aktivní. Tovární nastavení bylo provedeno, ale bez efektu... Reklamovat?

Dobrý den, doporučujeme vyzkoušet ještě jednou provést tovární natavení, sluchátka úplně nabít a spárovat s jiným zařízením. Pokud problém přetrvá, tak doporučujeme předat sluchátka na reklamaci.
