Vážení mám dotaz, zakoupil jsem Ultrahuman prsten, dle navodu jsem ho nechal 30 nabit (dioda na nabijecce blikala bile), pak jsem se pokusil prsten pripojit. Po nasazeni na nabijecku nezacne tato blikat bile a prsten se nepripoji. VYzkouseno na dvoiu ruznych telefonech. Mate nejaky tip na napravu nebo mam primo reklamovat?
Dobrý den, prosím nechte prsten na nabíječce alespoň hodinu, poté sundejte z nabíječky a přímo v aplikaci prsten přidejte jako nové zařízení. Pokud by ani poté nebylo možné prsten spojit, bude třeba reklamace.

Dobrý den, je prsten odolný vůči působení magnetu? Mám powerbanku, která se k nabíječce přicvakne pres magnet, tak mě zajímá, jestli od nich prsten musím držet dál (upřímně doufám, že ne)
