sepsal jsem se zaměstnancem Alzy smlouvu o placení telefonu na splátky přes Hello Bank. Informace od Hello bank byla ta, kterou jsem dostal emailem.že smlouva o splátky byla předběžně schválena a že děkují že využívám jejich služeb.
Telefon mi byl předán v Alze a já se ptám, kdy dostanu nějaké informace ohledně plateb, abych věděl kam mám splácet na který účet?
