Hello,
There is no normal solar charger which will be able to get so much energy as You need. These king of fridges, they are able to cold 15-20 degrees under temperature which is around them. So if it will be in the car 50 degrees. It is better don´t use "cooling" becouse it will be worming. There is thermo izolation so temperature will not grove up so fast. Best sollution is compresor fridge.
