When you're in the "Tires" section, we always offer one tire without a rim. In the "Complete Wheels" section, you'll find a rim with a tire, including all necessary parameters for both the rim and the tire. For complete wheels, you need to select the left or right side. This means for a whole car, you'd buy 2+2 pieces (front left/right, rear left/right), or for one axle, 1 piece left and 1 piece right. With individual tires, the left/right orientation is handled when they're mounted on the rims.
