ne, Tapo C246D nelze napájet ze solárního panelu, alespoň ne žádným oficiálně podporovaným způsobem.

Asi bych si to dokázal představit použitím komba solární panel + power banka. Sám jsem kameru zkoušel napojit na powerbanku a fungovala v poho. Neměřil jsem, jak rychle to powerbanku vycucne... V létě by slušný panel mohl dodat dost šťávy na noční provoz z powerbanky, ale v zimě to asi bude k prdu.
Každopádně kamera "kouká" pořád. V noci jede infra přísvit nonstop - nečeká se, až pohybový senzor kameru probudí, to zvyšuje samosebou spotřebu.
