Norma = souhlas výrobce automobilu s daným olejem. Je to placené a tudíž ne všechny oleje mají normy na všechny vozy.
Pokud chcete použít Total - který má většinou normy na Francouzské a italské vozy do koncernových motorů, tak použijte mazací plán Total, který je v popisu produktu. Pokud ho total doporučuje je možno použít nezávisle na normě.
Normu na kterou se ptáte mají většinou oleje 5W30
