Prečo píšete, že je kompatibilné z Windows 10, keď som z CD nedokázal nainštalovať, ani som nenašiel žiadne ovládače na webe Toshiba ? Môžem Vám ho teraz vrátiť ?

na oficiálnych stránkach výrobcu sa uvádza podporovaný systém, Win8.1, čo je rovnaká platforma ako Win10.
Pokial Vám nejde zariadenie korektne nainštalovat, odporúčam zariadenie vrátit (v rámci 14 dní od kúpy). Alebo vymenit za iný kus.
