proč uvádíte tučným písmem, že je produkt složen z kvalitního skla a kovu. dnes mi produkt dorazil a bohužel se skládá ze skla neurčíte kvality a z IMITACE kovu, neboli plastu tvářícího se jako kov. Prověřujete si důkladně zboží, které nabízíte k prodeji? Jak píšete popis zboží?Zboží chi vrátit a hodlám i nahlásit za klamnou reklamu. není to poprvé a nebaví mě ztrácet čas koupí a následnou reklamací... nabízíte nějakou kompenzaci za ztrátu času?
