Dobrý den, bez kabelu nefuguje, USB slouží i jako napájení ovladače, pokud si dobře vzpomínám. Zcela jist si ale nejsem, byl to dar pro příbuzného...

na ovladači by měl být přepínač na zapnutí / vypnutí. Pokud i tak nefunguje, tak bude bohužel nutná reklamace.
