Dobrý den. Dnes jsem si vyzvedl objednaný a zaplacený produkt gramofon značky Thomson TT351 bílý. Objednávka č. 537097591
S nadšením jsem si gramofon připojil na Hifi systém a bohužel jsem zjistil , že nejdou přepínat otáčky na přehrávání 33/45, běží ve stále stejných otáčkách. Děkuji za pozitivní odpověď.

Pokud nelze přepínač otáčky, bude potřeba reklamace, to určitě nevyřešíme takto "na dálku"
