In the images on this page it says: "Záznam za 24 hodin MIN a MAX", but in the manual I read that I have to reset it myself, which is what I want. I want this teplomer in the chata during winter, so I can see how cold the coldest day was when I get back there in the spring. So, do I have to reset it myself, or does it reset automatically after 24h?

It doesn't reset, it's set ALL TIME. You gotta reset it manually with the button.

Ako/čím tento termostat reguluje teplotu? Na phľad to vyzerá byť iba teplomer a vlhkomer.
