Když doberu magnesium od terezia company, mám udělat přestávku pred dalším balenim nebo mohu brát dlouhodobě toto magnesium?

Podle mého názoru můžete brát magnezium bez přestávek,
protože hořčík potřebuje tělo neustále. Spotřebovává se při stresu,
fyzickou námahou i pocením. Není to jako s některými léčivými čaji u kterých je doporučena přestávka týden nebo 14 dní.
Ale samozřejmě můžete zkusit vysadit a pozorovat co se stane. Mně se většinou do 3 týdnů vrátí křeče do nohou. Ale u mě je to tím, že pracuji fyzicky a taky hodně sportuji.
