Mohlo se jednat o závadný kus, tudíž Vám doporučím jeho výměnu za jiný kus.

Vzhledem ke zkušenostem s reklamacemi jiných výrobku nevím zda mám zájem reklamovat další. Navíc představa odvozu křesla na některou z Vašich poboček mne děsí.
