Dobrý deň, chcem sa spýtať na to čo recenzujete v popise - opraviteľný produkt 10 rokov. Čo to presnejšie znamená? mám túto vákuovačku a odlepuje sa teplovodivá páska, viem si to dať vy reklamovať alebo prípade opraviť u vás? Ďakujem

na produkt je standardně dvouletá záruka, takže pokud ho máte méně než dva roky, tak bych řešil klasickou reklamací. Opravitelnost 10 let znamená, že i za 10 let bude výrobce, respektive autorizovaný servis, schopen produkt opravit za použití originálních dílů při rozumných nákladech.
