k brúske sa návod nedodáva a nemáme ho k dispozícii. Vložte nôž do otvoru na brúske a potiahnite. Proces opakujte podľa potreby ( 5 až 10 krát), tak aby ste dosiahli požadovanú ostrosť noža.
