rád bych se zeptal, zda existije česká technická podpora na produkt Synology DiskStation DS414?
Stala se mi nemilá věc, že při synchronizaci dat aplikací Cloud Station se mezi externim HDD a Synology z nějákého důvodu ztratila jedna složka, která v mém případě odsahovala dosti důležitá data o velikosti 1,2 TB. Potřebaval bych tedy informace, zda mi někdo může s tímhle problémem pomoci.
