Objednal a zaplatil jsem je již před Vánoci, ale dorazily mi až nyní. Chtěl bych je vrátit, protože dcera si už sehnala jiné, ale tlačítko ,,vrátit,, , u zboží není aktivní. Je nějaké šance na vrácení ? Jsou nerozbalené. Děkuji.

Dobrý den,
Produkt lze vrátit pouze do 14 dnů od zakoupení. Pokud byl produkt zakoupen před vánoci bylo možné vrátit do konce ledna .
Nyní již není možné.
