Dobrý den, mám problém s reklamací a vrácenou (resp. nevrácenou) částkou - zboží jsem reklamoval kvůli Vašemu lživému popisu výrobku a Vy, nejenže neřešíte moje náklady na vrácení výrobku, ale neproplatíte ani částku za dopravu (P9)!? To si ty náklady mám hradit sám, přestože jde o Vaši chybu!?
