ďakujeme pekne za Váš dotaz , ak televízor je vzdialený od priameho pripojenia na sieť a potrebujete sieť rozšíriť s extendrom a potom prepojiť s TV , tak áno bude TV pripojené na internet cez LAN.
Ak máte na mysli , aby televízor , ktorý nemá Wifi prijímač tak vám odporučím toto :

takto budete mať Wifi na TV , ktoré ho nemá zabudované.

přístroj funguje i jako přístupový bod, takže to možné je.
Nicméně pro připojení smart TV do sítě bych Vám spíše doporučil powerline, https://www.alza.cz/strong-powerl500duoeu-d7085504.htm
Jednu jednotku připojíte kabelem do do routeru a druhou kabelem do TV.
