Omlouvám se za pomalou odezvu. Nezdá se, že by na přístroji nebo samotných tlumičích byl nějaký ventil pro nastavení odporu. Popis spíše naznačuje, že jde o přístroj na procvičení nebo protažení svalů, nikoliv pro jejich posilování.
