Dobrý den. Povolila jsem ventil (sundat nejde) pro nafouknutí karimatky, ale přijde mi, že se nic neděje. Nenafukuje se. To tak má být, nebo je to rozbitý :-)? Díky. Martina

tato karimatka by se měla nafouknout sama do výšky/tloušťky 3cm.
Pokud máte dojem, že se po povolení ventilu nic neděje, zkuste produkt reklamovat.

jaká je prosím hmotnost karimatky? V technických parametrech jsou uvedeny dvě hmotnosti 850g a 1,4kg.
