Dobry den, uplne nove sluchatka nefunguju, baterka puzdra je nabita, ale na sluchatkach nesvieti ziadne svetielko, nedaju sa sparovat s telefonom, ani po resete...ziadna zmena

Dobrý den. Včera jsem si sluchátka koupila, ale nefungují mi. Jsou nabité, zkoušela jsem je restartovat, ale i když podle telefonu už mají být s ním spárované, tak do nich zvuk nejde, kontrolky nesvítí bíle, ale jenom na obou bliká bílé světlo. Počítač ten sluchátka "nevidí" přes Bluetooth vůbec. Můžete mi prosím poradit? díky, Eva

Dobrý den, mám podobný problém, hraje mi pouze levé sluchátko. Chovají se správně pravé sluchátko na tlačítku funguje, ale bohužel nehraje...musím to reklamovat?
