Bohužel rádia tuto možnost nemají, ani si nedokážu vybavit, k čemu by to bylo dobré. Možné by to bylo zásahem do zařízení (přijdete o záruku).

Samozřejmě že rádia tuto možnost mají, například pro poslání videosignálu z filmu v rádiu dětem do monitorů ve hlavových opěrkách, jen Sony blokuje přehrávání z usb čehokoliv mimo audio formátu
