zdravím, ak je to zigbee a nemám ZigBee vysielač, cez wifi klasicky nepôjde?

Nie, nepôjde. Tento senzor komunikuje výhradne cez Zigbee, nie cez Wi-Fi. To znamená, že bez Zigbee brány (hubu / bridge) ho nie je možné pripojiť priamo do Wi-Fi ani do mobilu.
