Dobry den, objednal jsem světlo a dorazil výrobek, který má na krabici avizovano svítivost 3360lm, ale v rámci popisu zboží by měla mít 6000lm. Na místo toho aby mi operátorka ověřila zaslání chybného produktu, abych mohl případně objednat znovu, tak se vystavil dobropis, vrátil jsem světlo a od té doby je ticho po pěšině. Chci se tedy zeptat. Jedná se o chybu v popisu produktu nebo mohu objednat znovu a dorazí s inzerovanými parametry? Předem děkuji za odpověď.
