U tohoto detektoru úniku vody zkuste prosím následující kroky:
- vyndat baterii, zkontrolovat kontakty (aby nebyly zoxidované) a znovu ji vložit nebo vyměnit za novou,
- zkontrolovat, zda je detektor v dosahu Zigbee brány (zkusit ho přiblížit blíž k ní),
- pokud je stále offline, odebrat ho z aplikace SmartLife a znovu spárovat podle návodu.
Pokud se zařízení ani po výměně baterie a opětovném spárování nechce připojit, může být vadné a je na místě reklamace.
