Dobrý den, i když byl výrobek vrácen a prodáváte ho jako rozbalený, tak obsahuje všechny komponenty jako jsou na fotkách?
Už se mi to u vás žel stalo, že jsem koupil rozbalený/vrácený výrobek a chyběl např. ochranný obal pro převoz výrobku (ale obal byl na fotkách u výrobku). Proto se ptám. Děkuji.

pokud někdo výrobek vrátí z důvodu odstoupení od smlouvy, měl by být kompletní, v původním stavu a obalu.
Bohužel nedokážu posoudit Vaši konkrétní situaci. Také se stává, že dojde k pochybení při balení ve výrobě.
