Chci se zeptat,jestli v tom baleni jsou i šroubky pro uchyceni ramečku i ssdčka ? A jestli skutečne to má stejne rozměry pro uchyceni ze spoda jako klasické 3,5 disky do PC ?

ano, všechny potřebné šroubky jsou součástí balení viz External Linkěry rámečku jsou stejné jako klasický 3,5" disk.
