Je to opravdu RGB, v názvu máte RGB, ale v popisu je barva podsvícení modrá.

Ano je. Barva by měla jít změnit tlačítkem na předním panelu, nebo přes software základní desky ( ASRock RGB LED, Asus Aura, EVGA RGB or MSI Mystic Light ).
