Zdravím, mám od včerejška s přístrojem docela potíže. Nejprve se nechtěl zapnout, tak jsem ho vyčistila, vypojila a zapojila kabel a fungoval. Po chvíli se ale začal samovolně vypínat a dokonce i samovolně zapínat. Co s tím může být? Děkuji za odpověď.

děkujeme za dotaz! Mrzí nás, že máte potíže s naším produktem. Po prověření bychom doporučili reklamaci, jelikož toto není standardní chování-pokud je kabel správně zapojen a je v difuzéru dostatek vody (ale zároveň ne nad maximum).

Dobrý deň, je možné mať k zariadeniu čierny a adaptér a kábel? Pri dôraze na pekný dizajn mi biely kábel s adaptérom pripadajú neadekvátne. Ďakujem
