bohužel dle Vašeho sdělení není možné určit, z jakého důvodu a jaký zápach je cítit.
Doporučuji při prázdné pračce spustit program bavlna na 90 °C s poloviční dávkou pracího prostředku. V návodu je tento proces uveden v kapitole Před prvním spuštěním External Linký den Hanka

Dobrý den,
to jsme samozřejmě udělali. Puch je cítit již během sušení, něco jako mix páry a něčeho lehce spáleného, bohužel ale zůstává i na oblečení. Je to důvod k vrácení zboží? Máte s tím zkušenosti?
