z Vašeho popisu je těžké posoudit, zda se jedná o závadu, či nikoli. Samozřejmě by kapající voda měla směřovat do misky, ze které se odpaří. U některých modelů je u odtokové hadičky "igelitová" ucpávka, která by se měla samovolně rozpustit.
