povrch prkna je pokryt gripem. Ten se pro neznalé, dá popsat jako „jemný šmirgl papír“ je to proto aby při cvičení byla lepší přilnavost. Cvičení na boso je tedy individuální záležitost a měl by jste s tím počítat.
