Dobrý den, prosím o upřesnění rozměrů výrobku, na vašich stránkách uvádíte výšku výrobku 28 cm a hloubku 48,5 cm, ale v návodu je psaná výška 49 cm a hloubka 28 cm. děkuji

Dobrý den, v balení chybí mřížka oddělující spodní a vrchní prostor. Nikde nemohu najít, zda má být součástí balení (viz fotky produktu, kde je) a ani ji nevidím v nabídce příslušenství. Děkuji za prověření.

Našel jsem v návodu, že je součástí balení, díl č. 6 "grill rack". Zadal jsem reklamaci.
