Dobrý den, nelze mi na radiomagnetofonu Sencor SPT 233 přehrávat přes USB port. Chtěla bych proto využít reklamaci této vady, ale při on-line reklamaci mi to píše, že tento způsob reklamace není možný. Navíc mám na účtence napsáno, že byl uhrazen poplatek: záruka okamžité výměny. Můžete mi poradit jak v tomto případě postupovat?
