Dobrý den,
při prvním zapnutí mixéru mi neustále vyskakuje error e01 - nesprávné umístění nádoby. Nádobu jsem nasazovala asi dvacetkrát, jsem si jistá, že je správně. Mixér jsem odpojovala a znova připojovala k elektrice několikrát, stále ten stejný problém.
Nemáte radu jak toto řešit?
Mixer jsem dostala darem a obal jsem samozřejmě stihla vyhodit, je možné reklamovat ho i bez původního obalu?

Dobrý den, pokud je nádoba skutečně správně nasazená a problém přetrvává, pak je zapotřebí kontrola technikem. Reklamovat je možné i bez originál obalu. S pozdravem. Sencor.
