Hello, I would like to ask about the warranty offered with this bike. if something to go wrong will Alza handle the claim or do I have to activate the product once I purchase it on External Link and handle my claims with them.

You can not purchase your bike on the offical sava site.
The only way to purchase sava bikes in cz is from ALZA.
To activate your warranty you need to scan your QR code and then just register your bike in the activation section. The activation applies to the frame and also the battery.
