nejde tam zadat google účet .píše to .........zařízení bylo resetováno , chcete-li pokračovat přihlastě se pomocí účtu Google, který byl s tímto zařízením dříve synchronizován. ..když tam zadám účet, který tam chci mít, napíše to po chvíli chroustání to samé...

Velice se omlouvám. Podle popisu bude pravděpodobně nutné zboží vrátit do 14 dnů od zakoupení.
Případně zkuste ještě hard reset. Standardně je to hlasitost dolů, tlačítko domů / zpět a zapnout.
