děkuji za váš dotaz. Samsung nic takového nepostkytuje. Žádný výrobce disků nedává záruku na data. Můžete disk reklamovat, ale tím o data přijdete. Nebo se obrátit na specializovanou firmu pro záchranu dat, ale tím příjdete o záruku.
