Dobrý den, vlastním tento vysavač a nedávno jsem zakoupil nový mobil, s verzí androidu 13/TP1A.220624.014 Aplikaci nelze nainstalovat, píše že mám nepodporovanou novou verzi. Bude nějaká aktualizace? Nerad bych robota kvůli této patálii vracel. Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, děkuji za Váš dotaz. Aplikaci nelze aktualizovat. Jsou dvě řešení, stáhnout a nainstalovat aplikaci ručně do mobilního telefonu nebo nechat vysavač přehrát v servisním středisku na verzi, která pracuje v mobilní aplikací Smart Life a funguje i na nových verzí Androidu.

Aplikácia nepodporuje Android 13. Je nejaká možnosť ze aplikácia bude aktualizovaná?
