Dobrý den,pořídila jsem si epilátor rowenta a jeho holící hlavice zřejmě neholí,místo se musí přejet nejméně 10krát.Je to velmi zdlouhavé a vůbec mi to nevyhovuje,je možné,že by byl strojek rozbitý?Výkyvná hlava se též nehýbe:(Děkuji
