G-Sync, 1440p, 140Hz funguje s Dell monitorem. Delší nebude, protože to prostě DisplayPort neumí, aniž by nedocházelo k nějakýmu rušení

Yes! This can handle high resolution like 3440x1440 over 100Hz+ with no problems and it should go even with 4K and 144hz!
