Vie sa sušička automaticky zapínať a udržovať zvolenú vlhkosť ? T.j. pri dosiahnutí požadovanej vlhkosti (nap. 50 %) sa vypne a po stúpnutí nad určitú hodnotu (nap. 55 %) sa zapne ?

Ano, je to skoro tak, len smerom dole. Ked si nastavite 50, tak myslim susi po 45 a ked to stupne na 50, znovu sa spusti.
