ano, ten malý kovový prvek na vnitřní straně rukojeti je kontaktní nabíjecí kontakt. Slouží k tomu, aby se vysavač po zavěšení do dokovací stanice automaticky nabíjel, aniž by bylo nutné připojovat kabel přímo do zařízení.
Nejde tedy o závadu ani o poškození, je to běžná a záměrná součást konstrukce.
