Dobrý den, Když se spustí tisk tak je hrozně cítit barva vycházející z toneru. Až teprve když se po 30 minutách tiskárna vypne přastane být barva cítit. Je to normální, nebo je to závada ? Jinak tiskne dobře. Byla koupena před 14 dny a tisklo se jenom 2x Děkuji za odpověď -zákazník sever

byl jsem dotázán odpovědět, jelikož jsme ji zakoupili, ale zařízení jsme měli na prodej. Každopádně se nevrátila a žádné negativní reakce nemáme, věřím, že funguje bezchybně. Myslím, že bych to co popisujete nestrpěl a reklamoval. Může to být únikem náplně.

Dle výrobce s Windows XP kompatibilní nebude, výšku s otevřeným horním víkem bohužel neuvádí.
